The Modern Warfare 2 Stimulus Map Pack has finally hit the PlayStation Network for a price of $14.99. This Map Pack is the same Map Pack that Xbox 360 received exclusively well over a month ago. So you PS3 players out there, go grab it now!

If you are unfamiliar with what maps are included in this DLC, the maps are Bailout, Salvage and Storm. Then also Overgrown and Crash which are maps from Call of Duty: 4.

I am more than happy to hear that Infinity Ward fought for these titles to be released. I do not know what heads over at Activision think that such a title would be a risk. What type of people are they actually asking or who was doing the marketing research to think that no one would want such a title? These guys should be instantly fired from the company.

Why? The outcome was fucking crazy, ignore Modern Warfare 2 sells for a moment and just take a look at just Call of Duty 4. Yup, not much a risk anymore was it Activision and now you are rich. Not many people want games of the past anymore. Everybody is loving Modern this and that. Examples: Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, Modern Warfare 2, Medal of Honor, Battlefield Series and others.

Former Infinity Ward bosses Vince Zampella and Jason West said last year that Activision never wanted to create a Modern Warfare title – and the studio had to “fight” to convince the publisher to let them create CoD4.

Zampella and West were sensationally ousted from their positions yesterday – after Activision security ‘stormed’ Infinity Ward HQ in California. The publisher accused some Infinity Ward staff – thought to be West and Zampella – of ‘insubordination’.

But it appears disagreement between the parties was nothing new. In October last year, Zampella and West discussed their differences of opinion with Activision to OPM. West even said Infinity Ward had to “fight for everything” with their owners.

Zampella added: “Activision also did not want Modern Warfare. They thought working on a modern game was risky and [thought], ‘oh my god you can’t do that, it’s crazy!’ They were doing market research to show us we were wrong the whole time,” he said.

This is good news! Now I already know the 1887′s have good range in real life, but in the game, in many people’s opinions the range is just too much. Those that you hear different from, most likely are the kids using this weapon and will soon not be able to get those easy kills, easily.

Glad to see them actually working on something, especially this. Since lately it seems to be every few matches you will get put into these, it was very common last night.

In just one week from right now, Modern Warfare 2 is going to be here! (Obviously) The longest wait ever has finally been depleted to just 1 week finally.

We, team bRos, will be streaming live in High Definition HD all night of release, multiplayer mode. This will be continued throughout the week as well as Spec Ops. Links will be given out here once that night once we go live even though mostly everyone will be playing themselves anyways.

In less than 2 weeks we can all finally play Modern Warfare 2. So what mode will you be playing right away? Single Player? Spec Ops? or Multiplayer?

This time around we will be playing Multiplayer right off the bat. Last year I played Single Player first and beat it on Veteran within its first week of release then went to multiplayer. Only took almost 2 months to get 10th prestige too within 99% TDM matches.

I wish I would of played multiplayer before single player but I am glad I jumped in on single player first that time around. This time around, I prefer multiplayer and with all my friends.

There are a total of 50 achievements for Modern Warfare 2.
