Excited about Medal of Honor? We sure are, we plan on switching to Medal of Honor rather than continuing with the dieing Call of Duty franchise. Plus, Mistical and Diallo started with Medal of Honor: Allied Assault so it will be great to play this reborn series again, and modern day time and weapons too.
Here is your typical game scenario after inserting a copy of Modern Warfare 2 and playing online.
How much worse of a game would Modern Warfare 2 of been if aliens were brought into the picture? Well be glad it never happened because it was an early idea. How would this really come into picture and who thought of the dumb idea of possibly bringing in aliens? I sure hope this was just a joke.
If they were to of, no possible way should this of ever been Modern Warfare 2 or even a sequel. It should then be turned into its own game by them. Now onto the article from VideoGamer. According to Modern Warfare 2 script writer Jesse Stern, had the team at Infinity Ward made different decisions early on in the production process, players could have ended up shooting aliens or even zombies in the record-breaking sequel.
“Infinity Ward’s Jason West, Steve Macuda, Todd Alderman, Mackey McCandlish and me would talk about the kinds of stories we could tell, and we didn’t want to just make a straight sequel to Modern Warfare,” Stern explained to GamePro.com. “We started kicking around anything and everything to weed out the bad ideas.
“In the beginning we talked about having things in Modern Warfare 2 like outbreaks, viruses, chemical warfare, and even outlandish things such as aliens and the living dead.”
In the end Stern and the rest of the team at Infinity Ward went with a more grounded version of the real world.

1. UAV’s can now be shot down. Same still goes for helicopters and the AC130.
2. Double weapon attachments, red dot and silencer anyone? 
3. New kill streaks.
4. But with new kill streaks comes death streaks also come with this. After 3 consecutive deaths players will be able to choose their death streaks. They will need to unlock some of these, the default you get is Copycat which allows that player to steal his killer’s class for one round and get a taste of more advanced weapons and perks. Painkiller is another one which awards players 10 seconds of extra health after they have just respawned.
5. Secondary weapons. There is no longer a slot for your pistol it has been replaced with secondary weapons, so if you want to be a sniper and carry a shotgun, you can now.
6. New attachments for your weapons include a heartbeat sensor, thermal scope, tactical knife and more.
7. Riot shields! You can not shoot and hold it at the same time though but you can bash people with it. While not carrying it, you carry it on your back giving you protection from behind.
8. A capture the flag mode is here, which you all probably know if you have seen the flag runner multiplayer video.

There is a message floating around on the PlayStation Network claiming that there will exclusive Modern Warfare 2 multiplayer maps for Xbox 360.
Fourzerotwo (Robert Bowling of Infinity Ward) has posted a tweet stating for the record that this is FALSE. Do not believe these chain messages or any others as they are typically false.
This will bring you to tears. Just incredibly awesome how much multiplayer is going to be. HOST MIGRATION? YES!, FINALLY and done RIGHT by the looks of it.
