Today is the last day for the Double XP Week+. It will end sometime early on Monday morning. If you have not already, grab the new map pack too. It is definitely worth the 1200MSP/$15 this time around. I am glad to be playing Strike again.
Mark your calendars now! April 2nd through April 5th is the first Double XP weekend that is coming to Modern Warfare 2! Also according to Robert “fourzerotwo” Bowling’s tweet, this looks to be exclusive to Xbox 360 users too, so PlayStation 3 and PC users are out of luck.
But I am more than sure that you players on those platforms get your own Double XP weekend a month after when the maps are not exclusive to 360 anymore.

As per the post at CallofDuty.com: To celebrate the continued success all of you have helped provide us with Map Pack 1 – and ever since the release of the game – we at Treyarch have decided to host a Double-XP MP Weekend for ALL PLATFORMS this weekend!
Whether you’re on the PS3, Xbox 360, PC, or the Wii; you will be accuring 2X the normal XP from Friday, 10:00AM PDT until Monday 10:00AM PDT.

The official Call of Duty website has announced that a double XP weekend begins today for Call of Duty: World at War.
They are celebrating the release of this the “new” Makin map. It will run only this weekend (March 6th till 8th). Every platform will be able to take part in this, which are Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, PC, and Nintendo Wii. It ends Monday morning Pacific Standard Time.

This weekend only you will not only be getting Double XP if you need it but you will also be able to get the “new” map packs that were released months ago 1/2 price (400 MS points). If you have not bought them yet, that is.

For those that are not Prestige 10/Golden Cross yet, how can you not be by now?! lol (Bobby!!! and Kevin). A Double XP weekend is coming up September 12th through the 14th. 402 also mentioned that he hopes they can get the new playlists ready by then too.
